Israel prepares to vote on October 27, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's foreign policy adviser has formally called for the removal of Iran's government.

Ophir Falk sent written remarks to The Jerusalem Post ahead of the election, stating that the current leadership pairing is best suited to execute this plan.

Falk described the removal of the "genocidal Ayatollah regime in Iran" as being in the best interests of America, Israel, and civilization. He asserted that the Trump-Netanyahu team has demonstrated the ability to carry out this task.

The adviser framed the election as a choice about who will lead Israel during the final two years of Donald Trump's presidency. Falk asked voters to consider who will best coordinate with the US President to "finish the job in Iran and expand peace in the region."

President Trump supported this view on Sunday evening, renewing his endorsement of Netanyahu on Truth Social. The President wrote, "Vote for Bibi Netanyahu for Prime Minister; we have to finish the job that we started!"

Falk contrasted this support with the interests of Israel's adversaries. He noted that Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, and Iran all want Netanyahu to lose the election. He added that the alliance between the two nations is currently at its strongest, while Iran and its proxies are at their weakest.

This stance aligns with Falk's earlier comments. In an October 15 interview, he said Israel was "very close" to creating conditions for regime change in Tehran, though he emphasized that the final decision rests with the Iranian people. The new remarks did not specify a timetable or detailed method for the joint effort.
